FOACDC is a nonprofit 501(c)3 that provides rescue, relief, and recovery to victims of disasters. FOACDC also provides comfort and support to small children & families of first responders who lost their lives in the line of duty while protecting their community. Finally, FOACDC provides comfort, support, and educational/financial resources to military veterans and current military service members and their children/families.
